Cancellation Policy

If you should wish to cancel your appointment for any reason, a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to appointment should be given. Cancellations by you, must be made directly between you and the salon.

If you do not give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the service concerned in full and payment for the cancelled appointment MUST be paid before the next visit.

If we/your stylist cancels your appointment, we/they will rearrange the appointment at your convenience.

Time intensive, higher value appointment slots for services, or a combination of services with a value of £100 or above, will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

This payment must be made within 48 hours of the booking otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. If the booking has been made within 48 hours of the appointment date, the 50% deposit will be required the same day.

Payment can be made over the phone direct with the salon via phone or via bank transfer. If payment is made via bank transfer, then the reference must be your surname and date/month of appointment. E.g Reference: Rose12June

Emma Rose Hair Design operates this strict cancellation policy to enable the salon to offer the time slot to another client and prevent appointments going to waste. Finally, please note that Emma Rose Hair Design reserves the right to update and amend this policy at any time.
